Her success in losing weight, quitting smoking and improving her self-confidence through those practice sessions changed her life forever. With Hypnosis you can: increase willpower and motivation, eliminate cravings for unhealthy foods or behaviors, improve confidence, release fears or phobias, develop a stress-free life, handle challenges calmly and rationally, handle negative people and environments with ease and so much more. I'll be offering at the show will be "Mind Spa" which is just a relaxation practice to elicit a calm and peaceful disposition.

Lisa is the owner and practitioner behind Phoenix Health & Wellness Center. She is a Registered Pharmacy Technician, certified in Reflexology and a Reiki Master. Currently, she is pursuing her studies in Clinical Aromatherapy and Cranial Sacral. After 25 years in the Western world of medicine, she found herself struggling to find the proper treatment and options for her son who was suffering from asthma and anxiety. It wasn’t until she was introduced to different modalities that she realized how the health care system was lacking options, better balance, and understanding of the holistic world needed to be available to everyone.
Introducing Cate McAlister - Reiki Master

Cate is a Reiki Master and Certified Feng Shui Red Ribbon, Consultant. As a Reiki Master, she uses the universal energy” and the power of Feng Shui to activate her powers, Reiki can ease stress, clear the mind and help to relieve physical ailments. While not a cure for illness, it can relieve symptoms and help strengthen the immune system.
